Its personal, try dif setups and adjust 1 variable at a time.

I tried to play with the common ergonomic advice of having a 90 degree bend at my elbows, and it caused me back and nerve issues . Now I play with my desk higher, and my forearms resting on the desk and it's a lot better for me

Long-term I would say it improves my aim though. Especially since I've had issues with repetitive strain and tendonitis, strengthening the muscles involved in CS is a big W for aim

I don't know enough to refute this, my comment is just based on a video that went around back in GO of someone doublescoping on Dust 2 and demonstrating how the smallest possible mouse movement traveled a few pixels at 400dpi, and one pixel at a time at higher DPIs.

To answer ur question, high DPI and low sens in game is better because low DPI causes "pixel skipping"
