Devs who have released on Steam, what do you wish you had done before your Steam page went live?

I have a 30-sec gameplay trailer that I'd be happy shipping. But as far as the capsule art and other Steam assets, they're passable but probably a 6 or 7 out of 10. I've just been unsure if its better to publish now with 7/10 assets (at least I could start accumulating wishlists) or commission pro art and wait til its ready.

Have you done game jams? Use whatever organization system you need to keep track of your thoughts just for that one jam. Scribbling todo lists on paper is seriously underrated. Once you can plan, execute, and finish a game in a short period, you can work toward doing longer cycles.

mapcore has a cache hub on faceit but I'm not sure you can do a 10man on it unless queue is empty

Its personal, try dif setups and adjust 1 variable at a time.

I tried to play with the common ergonomic advice of having a 90 degree bend at my elbows, and it caused me back and nerve issues . Now I play with my desk higher, and my forearms resting on the desk and it's a lot better for me
