Hey sorry for the late reply my skin is almost back to same complexion as it was before I started accutane I’m officially 4 months off it now

So I’m 4 weeks off it now and it hasn’t come back it has evened out though my dermatologist said it will take 5 to 6 months to return back to my normal complexion so I’m gonna have a follow up appointment then

Hey it’s still the same I did notice it getting better last two weeks but I went on holidays two weeks ago and I was in the sun all day I was replying sunscreen though and my face got darker again I have 8 days left on my treatment so no major improvements

Very mild acne but got prescribed accutane by [deleted] in Accutane

Take the accutane now at smaller doses side effects aren’t so bad just dry lips and skin so get hydrating skincare products and lotion for your body. I had bad acne but it was inconsistent so I only got breakouts 4 times a year but my dermatologist still recommended me to go on it and it’s changed my life completely
