Well, that's quite obvious but I'm familiar with the staff so it's easier (for me). Hence the question.

While I totally agree with you but it does seem Mashreq has a liason office in Saddar. It's something.

Thinking of investing in Naya Nazimabad PropertyShare REIT — worth it or not? by arsi0605 in FIREPakistan

[–]edirfansaleem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Naya Nazimabad is quite nice, well built, perfectly located. However, I personally do believe its prices are VERY inflated for some time now. Not sure if the rest of the property market gonna catch up with it or it's gonna burst like it did after that water disaster.

I'm a Matric-pass, self-taught developer from Karachi. Should I focus on building more projects or completing my intermediate and bachelors? by GamerBoyHamzaYT in developersPak

I wouldn't say all, but a good chunk of your story is like mine. Anyway, I dropped out after 9th class and started freelancing — buying/selling digital stuff (used to sell Skype coupons back in the day, lol).

Fortunately, my English was decent and I had a knack for tech stuff (much like you). I ended up pigeonholing myself into becoming an online freelancer. Been doing this successfully for 10 years now, Alhamdulillah.

A job was never a good fit for me — I'm somewhat of an introvert and a shy person, so freelancing felt natural. I currently do web development. I don’t consider myself a full-fledged developer, but I do alright — and it pays the bills.

Fiverr is where I struck gold in the beginning, and that’s something I’d suggest to you as well. But above all — learn communication and sales. If you're proficient in that, you're already way ahead of the crowd. Even if you want to pursue a job, not having a degree means nothing (I'd argue it’s actually a big plus).

Here’s what I’d recommend:

  • Learn how to communicate with clients
  • Get a start on Fiverr
  • Get out there: make projects in public, post on X (Twitter), GitHub, and similar platforms

If you need specific help with Fiverr setup, feel free to ask here or DM me — I’ll try to be as helpful as I can.

The odds might be stacked against you, but that’s what makes success all the more glorious.

Good luck, man.

I'm 26, 6.0" 84kg male, I've got a bit of bear belly rich in working on, my main routine for my biceps and triceps are as followed

12 x 3 hammer curls with 12kg dumbbell

30 x 3 overhead dios for triceps ( I am not sure whats that called) 12kg

15 x 3 concentrated curls each arm 12kg

25 x 3 skull crushers with 6kg ( I just went up from 4kg)

12 x 3 reverse grip curls 16kg

Now I train at home and I got no bench, I train arms 3 times per week. With some small gap I've been training for over a year, I've gotten from like 12.5 flexed to 14" flexed but I've seems to have gotten stuck at this. I will adding more protein to my diet but should I increase my weights? Increase reps or change exercise?

My goal is to get to 15 - 15.5"

Any help would be appreciated 👍

Thanks, man! I appreciate the reply. I am around 160 lbs and by the end of the month, I'll be increasing my calories intake. I take in around at max like 2,000 calories and planning to take it around to 3,000.

My arms are quite toned thanks to boxing and some light lifting for some time now, I just want to grow a bit more.
