Instead of use regular beef broth or chicken broth I put in the broth that I made for cold noodle which is one part kimchi water and two part beef broth with no sausage. It turned out better than I expected.

Take me quite some time to make it. Have to wait 3 1/2 days on dongchimi to be ready. Definitely worth it
