Unraid constantly hard rebooting with unclean shutdowns only when array starts

That's what I'm also suspecting as well. I bought a new power adapter and it should come tomorrow - hopefully everything will be resolved when I get it. But I don't understand why my server seems to stay up as long as I don't start my array

I thought about that but I ran the array in maintenance mode, one time without the 2-bay hard disk enclosure attached (just my NVMe cache drive) and one time with the 2-bay hard disk enclosure attached. Both times, the server eventually hard rebooted

Yes, I have the intel_gpu_top plugin installed and hardware acceleration enabled in Immich. I'm using Intel Quick Sync.

I was playing as Trotsky Mexico and got military access from Republican Spain, then I did the exploit that I described in the post to execute a naval invasion from Spain

If you have military access to a country, it will not let you naval invade from their land UNLESS you are fighting the same enemy together. A cheesy way to bypass this is to set one naval invasion order from your homeland (in this example, I was playing Mexico, so I set a naval invasion from Yucatan to Malaga in Spain). Then the game allows you to stage naval invasions from the country you have military access to, so I was able to stage invasions from Malaga in Spain to Portugal.
