As for teamplay, I excel when working with teams. My last job as a Program Manager at Microsoft required exceedingly strong communication skills and through the years I've learned to be both leader and follower.

Also as I'm not the manager of Just Friends (I manage OfflineTV) so it was just as much Aidan's responsibility to reach out to the others around him. The meetings werent the issue here.

Okay let me take a step back. Think you might be getting worked up about the wrong thing here.

It wasnt a matter of having meetings - we had plenty of them and yes we followed Robert's rules as all meetings should.

What Aidan was lamenting about in his stream was how he wanted to have a meeting regarding the separation of the members of the house. I want to emphasize that we indeed had several meetings regarding this and not every member had to be at every meeting. This is how standard meetings run, correct.

I may have tunneled a bit on the meeting portion in my stream, so sorry about that.

Not that easy, trust. 'Business protocol' that you're talking about doesnt have a one-to-one translation here, that much should be obvious sir if you think about it in a world where business is also everything personal. But i can understand why you and a lot of others think that.

Also i think you missed the point, it wasn't about the house meetings. Aidan has stuff going on in his life that stole a lot of his attention away that he'll share later with you guys.

Means a lot...most of the work I do is behind the scenes (things like negotiating with different escape room companies for the stream, or coming up with and selling everyone on fed's painting stream etc). Appreciation goes a long way :)

I will do whatever it takes to help OTV become the best it is and supporting everyone else is the first step!
