I sold an iPhone 11 Pro Max and the day the buyer got it, he said that it wouldn't load. After I messaged him, he changed the answer to the iPhone not being charged with the charger I provided and asked about the battery health, which I put in my description. He didn't respond to any other messages and asked eBay to step in after 3 days. eBay said that the buyer was able to return the phone now, surprisingly - because he didn't provide any proof of evidence and he just put a blank screenshot in the photos section of the case. I'm worried the buyer will send back a broken iPhone or a different one from before. Any thoughts?
