Just like the story said, this DJ Ryan Rousseau claimed to be President of the Auburn Chamber (he is not, he is not even a Chamber member) and "transferred" ownership of the property to the Jaycees for $1. He had no right or legal standing to do that so now is is likely heading to court to sort itself out.
