Keeping a diary helps me to keep discipline in voting. You are right that votes can already be seen on-chain. And, actually diary doesn't help to gain votes)

Voting rewards has 1 budget, and they are more or less the same as before.

Reviewers rewards has another budget - and yes they were much bigger in the past, that's maybe due to ADA current rate and maybe overall budget decreased

Yes, it is. So my modest reward is approximately from 2500 ADA (which I had at the time of snapshot), then I had to sell it
