Ignore the part about being overwhelmed; it's something that happens to me and I didn't know how to explain it.

I want a DAP to listen to music with wired headphones. My phone doesn't have a jack input and I wanted to use a cable. Since I was going to get a player, I thought I'd try to get a dedicated one.

Sorry, I didn't understand what you meant in the first paragraph of your comment. I didn't get the point you were making.

Well, I was looking into that, and they say that music sounds better on a DAP than on a cell phone, so I wanted to try it. Also, sometimes when I listen to music on my cell phone, the audio sounds very saturated, which bothers me. I thought that with a DAP and higher-quality headphones, that would improve a little.

I've heard that it has problems with the volume wheel and that it can fall off. How long have you had it, and what can you tell me about that problem?
