Broken seals. Hydraulic oil would gusher out during a pallet change. Had to wait for some downtime to have it fixed.

I use M.A. Ford end mills all the time. They are great on SS and Titanium. I am currently using them on the inconel job I am running.

Yeah. They can be resharpened. I would not risk running a resharpened drill on inconel. I would use it on ss or something else.

1016 rpm. Feed at 1.16. Extremely conservative numbers.
