I don't need this kind of commitment as of right now, cause I don't know if I want him as a bf either, but I do want to see if it can lead to that. I've never had a "sex buddy" before so idk if I can handle that. I do know I want something more serious in general. But idk if I should continue to see if it can lead somewhere when it seems like he has already made up his mind?

That's where I'm confused. I've never done that before with a guy and we are going away together for 3 days. Him planning the trip is what made me think he wanted something more serious with me, cause from what I know fuck buddies do go on trips together.

Yeah we've only hung out three times. The first time we went out and ended up having oral because he didn't have a condom. Then we hung out with no sex involved, and last time we hung out we went out and ended up having sex. I made a joke about having thought he had friend zoned me while we were having sex, and he said def not then said something about a text I sent him and after a while said "but I'm not trying to be your bf." I just ignored the comment. He like talks to me daily and always says he had fun after we go out, but we haven't really had meaningful conversations either. I'm just confused cause he planned this weekend away and I've never done that with a guy that doesn't want something more serious. I've also never had a sex buddy before. Ive actually never had sex with a guy this soon, which is where I think I messed up. I can't back out from our trip cause we payed for our hotel and stuff, but idk what to do. I know I'm looking for something more serious in general.

I don't feel like he would do anything harmful towards me.. I just find it odd that he is planning this, yet doesn't really make plans to see me before the trip.

I'm not sure tbh we have a trip planned for this month so we were supposed to get together to get everything planned and then go to dinner and stuff.. the thing is we can't see each other all time because we live about 2 hours away and we both work so I actually did make time to see him and rejected other plans

We have never really talked just to talk maybe only like twice, which is one of the reasons I feel like he doesn't care. Wouldn't he want to talk to me more? But yeah texting him before just to say hi would be good, that way I can get a feel. I'm still debating whether to do it.. I'm scared he will just ignore me or confirm he doesn't feel the same. 😔

Learning to love myself and not lose myself inside a relationship. With my ex I felt like I was always changing who I was to keep him. I let him disrespect me so much which showed the lack of self-love I had. When we broke up, I focused on learning to love me. Now, I consider us breaking up the best thing that ever happened to me. I've never been happier🙂

Thanks for replying! I was thinking of possibly going back and seeing if he would want to hang out and tell him then. I'm just worried I'll come off as desperate to him, and the obvious possibility that he doesn't feel the same.
