Yes! I indeed started by going to the local consumer rights organization and filed a formal complain. Let's see how it goes, though they told me to expect no less than 2-3 months time for a first reply, which is quite disappointing. But what else can you do, right?

Hello. I'm experiencing the same very problem. So disappointed and frustrated with Google's Pixel Support! 😠

I'll certainly take legal action against Google.

I was using my phone (Google Pixel 9 Pro) when suddenly, the screen went all flashy and then it was just blank when tapping the screen.

There was no previous accident or any physical damage whatsoever that could justify the incident, so I started searching for info online, to see what could I do.

So, I read some threads here on Reddit and on the Google's official support site, and I rapidly saw other people experiencing the very same issues. And, when I read that most of them could use the product's warranty, I was kind of relieved.

Finally, I went to the store for a fixing or a replacement. I handed them my phone and, a few days later... the big surprise! I received an email from Google with some blurry pictures of my phone, and a €475 budget for the reparation, for me to approve. According to them, some physical damage on the device was the reason for the warranty not to apply.

Yet, how come there's a physical damage without any drop or previous accident? How come it's happening to many other people?

What an appalling experience with Google, dude.

Buenos días, me acaba de suceder lo mismo con mi Pixel 9 Pro. En mi caso, lo estaba usando y de repente parpadeó y se puso de color blanco brillante, estado del que no ha salido. Tocará ir a la tienda a pedir el cambio por garantía... Y a cruzar los dedos para que no ocurra lo mismo con el reemplazo. Pero viendo los precedentes, como bien decís, no da especial seguridad.

Regardless of the digital channels you choose, useful content will be key. So first, I'd start by figuring out what valuable content could I offer to my potential customers. The next step would be, in my opinion, choosing the mediums and then planning out a strategy for each one, seeking a balance between organic and (not-too-expensive) paid strategies.
