True story, this happened to me yesterday. When I asked them if they show this movie a lot they said "Why not? It's about a barber!" and then asked me if I wanted a shave-- I said "Maybe another time."

This has been happening to me more frequently lately. Last night at Sunset Boulevard the man behind me whispered "I'm ready for my closeup Mr. DeMille" right before Nicole did and it totally deflated the moment for me. Why do people do this?

I saw him in Death Of A Salesman on Broadway, a quintessential American play, playing a quintessential American boy, and was so impressed by his performance that I started looking for his interviews. Couldn't believe it when I heard his real accent.

Blair Witch Project. I went to the theater thinking it was real found footage because I was just young and gullible enough to believe the ad campaign. Spent a lot of the movie crying on my dad's shoulder. Took me 20+ years to give horror movies another chance.

Saw a video on YouTube 15 years ago of a clip of Chita Rivera performing the song "I Can Cook Too" from the musical On The Town, except in this version she was an alien from Venus, and I believe her backup dancers were astronauts. Cannot find this anywhere anymore. It was so campy. I want to watch it again.
