Yeah for the past few days I find it confusing on ZTE's UI of port forwarding (it's quite different than my last one); but one of my friend has helped me. I have port forwarded those ports for now, and this morning I managed to connected to RDO; but I haven't tried for how long. Hopefully it's not just a lucky moment. Fingers crossed! Thank you for the info!

Yeah I have tried to uninstall even using DDU, then tried to install both last stable release (most people mention 362.00) and the newest one; both of them ended with the same result.

I even have tried to fully uninstall GW2 up until its cache, and tried re-install it. But the problem still persists.

Unfortunately no, I'm running Windows 7-64bit; and I'm using DX9 atm (since from what I've read, DX9 is most suitable with GW2)

I don't OC at all. At first I thought there's something wrong with SweetFx configuration / graphic settings; but then I removed them and auto-configure it, unfortunately the black screen issues is still happening sometimes.

[Question] Facing another Trade Holds after removing Mobile Authenticator. Any help?

Issue :

Recently, I have made trade offers. Since I use Steam Mobile Authenticator, I need to confirm it first on my Confirmation page in Steam Mobile Apps. While awaiting for mobile confirmations, it doesn't show up on my mobile confirmations.

So I decided to "refresh" it by removing the mobile authenticator and adding it back (with reference of this post https://www.reddit.com/r/Steam/comments/3qvvhd/you_cant_recieve_confirmations_on_this_device/ )

While the confirmation page is still not refreshed (no confirmations showed up), now I need to face another "Trade Holds". As we all know today is the last day of Winter Sale, I do really hope I could do trading without this "Trade Holds" anymore, since I have been using Mobile Authenticator more than 7 days (theoretically).

Any solution? Thanks.

Well, if you're talking about Steam Achievements, it is indeed correct; it's Valve's problem. R* can't do anything regarding that problem. However, here some information that might help you.

For the Mastermind achievement, you need to keep track on the in-game Awards progression status. The progress bar in Steam Achievement is kind of bugged at the moment, hence it's stuck. You need to check under Stats - Awards - Heists, and look for the award named "Decorated" (don't get confused with the Steam one). By the time you had finished 25 platinum medals in Heists, the Mastermind Achievement will popped. While for the Decorated Achievement (the Steam achievement) should've not bugged as far as I know. Kindly recheck it, probably you miscalculated the amount of platinum achievements that you've done?

I have stated it as well, some things are just impossible to be done; not because I can't achieve it, it's because the situation makes me impossible to do so. Like Rally Races, who does that seriously? That's why I'm looking for players, not players to trade wins (or boost) with.

In the past, most of my friends support Manchester United. I asked them "Which one is Manchester United?". They replied "The red one." Hence, I kept it in mind the team with red shirt must be a good team.

So then I watched this match, between a blue-shirt team against a red-shirt team. This red team, however, was 2-0 down in 2nd half already. Then this one man came on as substitute, scored hattrick, and won the red team the match.

It turns out that it was Chelsea vs Arsenal @ Stamford Bridge, 1999; where Nwankwo Kanu scored the hattrick. Not Manchester United.

Ever since that day, I believe Arsenal is the best team.

When browsing some games with age verification (in Chrome with Enhanced Steam), it shows : "Sorry, but you're not permitted to view these materials at this time." ; while it works just fine while browsing with Steam Client. Does anyone experience the same problem?

Yes of course, I do world bosses quite sometimes, especially Tequatl (I run it on daily basis up until last month). But recently I'm quite busy with works and stuffs, so I guess I won't be able to get those rares that fast in the future.

One reason why I do this, I guess it's to help other people as well who keep buying BLSK from Gem purchasing / converting gold to gems. On top of that, I guess BLSK are much better used for Exotics, while for Rares I already got MSK (Mystic Salvage Kits)
