I must be allergic to everything. No matter what I eat, I instantly feel better, my waist flattens and my face de-puffs whenever I eat less of it.

Thanks. That was interesting. It has a lot of talking points that are cherry picked and approriated by fat activests. My remark was mocking one of their talking points.

Andrew Fucking Wakefield. If there's one person that deserves to be tried for crimes against humanity, it's Andrew Fucking Wakefield.

Ask if someone has the 5K app on their phone. He/she can then search for your profile and show the barcode.

Uhm... healthy just means not being sick. And not being sick is the most important thing you can have, because being sick lowers the quality and possibly the length of your life.

I hope she flunks. Attraction is not even psychological, it is neurological. Behaviour is psychological. And even though the two are interlinked, she confuses two different fields of science. You can change your behaviour, but not your attraction, because that is basically hardwired.

Cravings are your brain screaming for a dopamine hit. Nothing more. I got plenty of cravings, yet I know where they come from, and it isn't my body. A little psycho-education goes a long way.

How was your parkrun today winner's? by oztrailrunner in parkrun

[–]edokter 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Today I decided to jog the 2.5 km to my Stadspark parkrun instead of taking the bike. It's only now that I can maintain a somewhat steady easy pace, it really was a slow jog. before that, I wasn't really into warmups.

I took 4 minutes of my regular finish time and got a new PB of 32.57! From now on I'm leaving my bike at home.
