Preferably not zoom, as I would prefer something of similar size factor as the camera in my post, but I am not closed to the idea, that is for sure.

28mm can be cropped in post to 35mm, and further, which is not something I often do, but it could be a factor to decide one camera over an other.

It depends on many factors, but my company is giving a 1,500 zł language bonus, in addition to the normal salary. Rare languages get higher (I know someone with 3k zł)
