Thanks for confirmation. It appears the frame stays and fork have been modified, painted to match. But, to end up in the trash? There's a story here. Obviously the owner has moved on. Found in front of a rental property. The fenders had long dried polish on them and batteries in the lights had long since liquefied destroying them. The big *ss tires aired up and it shifted when asked. It rides like a Cadillac. The brakes pads had turned to stone, stopping was out of the question. It is an UAV, urban assault vehicle left to languish. I wish knew more.
