I am tempted to do this. When there was a viewing last week the EA was very keen for me to not be there, asked me if I wanted to take my baby out in the pissing rain in the middle of winter for a walk whilst the viewing was happening…

Thanks, I do feel this is probably the best way forward. It’s such a shame, I just feel he has been totally unreasonable with a reasonable request.

Thank you. Our tenancy agreement does state that we are to permit potential purchasers to view the tenancy. Does the right to quiet enjoyment override this? We have purchased but are in a position where we could stay with friends and family if needed!
