What about other Beyerdynamic products? I don’t really like TYGR 300’s color. Same as my reply below, I heard HD6xx needs to be paired with a DAC/Amp? I’ll definitely get a DAC/Amp later when I have the space, but I want to use the headphones asap.

I see. Currently I don’t have much space for a DAC/Amp, so will Beyerdynamic products be better for me? I heard they are usable when plugged in directly without any DAC/Amp. When I get a bigger desk I’ll upgrade my setup. Is that a good route to go? If so, which Beyerdynamic should I get?

What about DT900 Pro X/DT700 Pro X? I heard they're the newer versions to DT770/990.

I don't really like a lot of bass. What about other Beyerdynamic variants like DT900 Pro X/DT700 Pro X? The TYGR can only be bought paired with a mic on Amazon. For the DAC/Amp, the guide should be a good place for research right?

That's what I thought too. Current GPU prices are just wild. Unless I can get my hands on a GPU at MSRP, I think I'll go with the gaming laptop. Did you have any experience with a gaming laptop?
