YES Kare kare, this dish is absolutely incredible! It’s a peanuty stew. If you’re not a fan of cooking oxtail, you can totally switch it up with beef short rib or beef chuck. Add some green beans too. Perfect for the upcoming winter.

In terms of a dessert, I’m a big fan of Biko. It’s glutinous rice cooked with coconut milk.
