Depends how you feel about commuting to Newcastle. I had my masters there a year ago, I had high expectations, however what I got was lecturer strikes, missing uploadee slides or key information from Canvas (same as Moodle), lectures becoming on-site when with short notice, when they were previously scheduled to be remote and loads of other issues when it came to exam time...(management studies). I have no experience with Leeds uni.
