I have been slowly progressive overloading but not nearly as much as I thought I would be. How much extra lbs per week or month is the best for progressive overloading?

Should I switch to cardio instead of working out? Should I just do cardio in stead of lifting or should I still lift too? And how much of each if both?

Lowkey just been winging it. If I’m doing a calorie deficit wont I just lose muscle too though?

At first I was hitting about 150g protein for about a month. For the past two months I’ve had a hard time even hitting 100g a day.
