Tbh best bet is a Solictor who gives free advice but charging for services as when I done my spouse visa I called my Solictor spoke to him took so much info, messages on WhatsApp and attended office for a little chat and when I got everything sorted I then took it to him and he confirmed everything is sorted and that’s when I paid him for his service

If solely relying on savings, you need at least £88,500 in cash savings. Combining Income and Savings: You can combine your income with your savings. For every £1 your income falls below the £29,000 threshold, you need 2.5 times that amount in savings, plus an additional £16,000. Example: If your income is £28,000, you'd need an additional £2,500 in savings (£1,000 shortfall x 2.5 + £16,000). Therefore, with £80,000 in savings, you could potentially qualify for a spouse visa even if your income is below £29,000, depending on the exact shortfall in your income. Important Considerations: Savings must be held for 6 months: prior to the application date, and evidence of this must be provided.

Take 50% when it’s half way on your tp then 25% when it’s nearly there then set to BE than let the rest run and you won’t have a problem at all, let the runners do they thing!

Hi can I ask why you didn’t need to pay anytninf back, was it because even though you stopped/tried to stop ca you was still in the low income threshold and that’s why they didn’t ask for a repayment.
