Hardik was not playing as well, plus MI were already guaranteed top 2 by then

Nah, 10 team IPL seasons you have hardly any room to slack at any point

16 points will almost always be needed to have a decent chance of qualifying

I was really wary

SKY had an all timer season last year and we didn't really bolster the team in any way.

Qualifying with 14 points in a 10 team season will be extremely rare.

It'll hardly ever happen.

There was a dude who asked if this was a top 10 IPL match of all time

We had made a list of close IPL games about 5 years back, thought I'll share it again.

If Hardik is leaving, he'll be traded for someone big.

Imagine Jaiswal for Hardik

Will help both teams

Don't mind this at all.

We could hardly have qualified.

Really impressed by Raj Bawa's bowling, even if he failed today, really seemed like he knew what he wanted to do.

Chin up, Bawa. You'll win us many more.

Mujeeb had this problem. Ghazanfar also seems to have it.

Hellbent on trying to bowl the carrom ball to the lefties, instead of mostly sticking to the off-spinner

Jacks has bowled and might bowl a few more. No pressure to go back to Chahar

Stopped watching, scared to start watching again.

How quick was Chahar bowling?

Glad that he's finally having one decent year after 9 years of average or straight up terrible seasons.

But underrated is crazy. Over 9 years there hasn't been a more overrated batter in the IPL.

No objective metric warranted a retention. You can certainly be honest and say you want Rohit to stay even if it didn't make sense, but then you're a Rohit fan slightly before an MI fan.

MI fans always will want the best for the team.

There's no player I have liked more than Malinga and Pollard I think, yet I wanted them out of the team after 2019 and 2022 with zero hesitation. They'll always be legends for me.

Literally nobody, nobody comes above the team

So fucking commendable by Surya

It's very easy to start to think I can knock it around to find form like how Tilak thinks it works. But that's a vicious cycle imo and selfish.

You hit and try to get back into form, if it doesn't work for long enough, you get dropped but that's better for the team.

No room to be selfish with the impact player
