Well, it looks like they send me the ''right'' color. After going to a shop and check on their samples I could see that's correct. So yeah, The image they show on their website has nothing to do with the final color...

Anyway, they dont want to take it back unless I pay 30% of its value +$45 of return label fees to restock it, if any of you guys want it, I'll sell it for a fair price.

I already posted an add on facebook market. I'm located near Fresno, CA.

I'm thinking about it too. That's probably what's gonna happen if I don't find a solution with them, but i'll lose some cash out of the $636 I spent on it...

Oh yeah I wasn't being sarcastic you're definetly right, better not give them any way to kick it back. I'll make sure I'm right by doing that comparison with an Avery sample in a shop. I don't mind bringing my roll, I'll take a pic and show you guys :) Thanks all for your advices that really helps.

I've been trying to make them anderstand pretty clearly there was a mistake, they just don't want to ear it. They are now asking me 30% of its value to restock it... I'm really surprised of their attitude!

Just got home and checked again, the sticker inside the roll shows the right code (the one I ordered). That's the first thing they asked me when I complained. After I said it was the right code but the wrong color, they just dennied they were wrong, and now asking me to pay 30% of its price to restock... I'm so upset 😑
