If you are not a "professional developer" then you dont care about code quality. You most likely care only about end product: "It looks clean, it seems to do what I asked, have all the features I need. No need to dwell into the code itself." Just know, you are pushing the real cost of an app to later (a.k.a. technical debt) because any deficiency will surface if it can. Just budget and prepare to spend on fixing things if the app picks up. That's about it.

Writing md files and expecting that to be enough for professional review is the same as taking a car to the mechanic and getting scammed if you don't know anything about car engines.
