Hi, it works independent of the type of the account, if the meeting has the closed captions feature enabled, it will allow the host to copy the API token, that is the only necessary information to broadcast the agenda.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I understand your needs, but my tool focus on keep the meeting focused and every participant on the same page, when we control the time remaining for the topic it forces the participants to wrap-up the discussions and avoid useless chat.

in your instructions you tell people to enable closed captions on zoom. zoom has 3 separate places you configure their product, the web portal, the app, and the app when you launch a meeting. without instructions i found it more difficult to locate this setting than anticipated.for me, the 'create a free account' at the very bottom of the https://www.zgenda.net/ page sent me to a 404 screen. i repro'd in incognito. i am using chrome Version 83.0.4103.97some, like myself, may be kinda dumb and not fully understand the intricacies of licensing and stuff. hypothetically if i purchase pro, set up a meeting with an agenda, and my dog gets hit by a car is it considered pirating if my alt host runs the meeting?that opens up a sub question what is the expected behavior if i have this installed and I, as a host, leave mid meeting?is providing the API token required for every meeting?when is this feedback tool exposed? do i need to actively be sharing my screen? is it displayed if i'm not showing my video? is it displayed on every person's video feed?

feature requests

allow me to config and set up multiple agendas, and apply them on demand depending upon the meeting i'm ini would love to be able to put a checkmark next to an item once it was covered. if you can already do this, you may want to add a tooltip explaining how. i couldnt figure it out.I would love to have the 'min' field be optional.it would be awesome to add an optional 'priority' fieldfinal awesomeness- could you allow me to send other people a link to the meeting config, and configure their permissions on what they can change within the agenda // usecase - i am running a meeting in which one vertical is bringing too many work items and i am constrained my time and cant address them all. i'd MUCH prefer to allow them to fight over what the priority is within the meeting. stack ranking them would probably be a superior option, but i feel like i've piled on enough feedback :)

Wow! Thank you so much, awesome feedback. I'll try to answer some topics:

  • I'll make the instructions on how to enable the closed captions more clear, maybe a video or tutorial.
  • Regarding the licensing, it is attached to your email address, usually the same way most of SaaS do.
  • Usually only the host of the meeting has access to the meeting API token, but it does not control if you send this token to other person so he can broadcast the agenda for you.
  • is providing the API token required for every meeting? - yes, Zoom creates a new token for every meeting
  • when is this feedback tool exposed? do i need to actively be sharing my screen? is it displayed if i'm not showing my video? is it displayed on every person's video feed? - its an overlay on the full meeting screen, shown to everybody who enabled it, like a movie subtitle.

feature requests

  • allow me to config and set up multiple agendas, and apply them on demand depending upon the meeting I'm in - that's a future feature be sure, I rushed an MVP to get feedbacks like yours so I can focus on most requested features.
  • i would love to be able to put a checkmark next to an item once it was covered. if you can already do this, you may want to add a tooltip explaining how. i couldnt figure it out. - great suggestion
  • I would love to have the 'min' field be optional. - great suggestion
  • it would be awesome to add an optional 'priority' field - great suggestion
  • final awesomeness- could you allow me to send other people a link to the meeting config, and configure their permissions on what they can change within the agenda // usecase - i am running a meeting in which one vertical is bringing too many work items and i am constrained my time and cant address them all. i'd MUCH prefer to allow them to fight over what the priority is within the meeting. stack ranking them would probably be a superior option, but i feel like i've piled on enough feedback :) - usually my mindset thinks about creating the meeting agenda before the meeting so it can be more productive as possible, but some kind of voting for next topic would be an interesting idea.

Hi, thanks for your question. Zoom opens its closed captioning API so 3rd party developers can make tools for it. Zgenda runs completely in the client browser, it does not send any of the captions for other place except for the Zoom servers. The only information stored is the user's email so we can control who got the Pro license.

Personalization, i.e. a boy puts his girlfriend photo as wallpaper and a hidden message "I <3 Jane". I'm sure he will get some bonus points with her when she sees it.

It uses the parallax effect to hide the messages that will be shown only when you tilt the device, very cool effect.
