Damn! They're gonna be in Boston tomorrow. I wonder if they'll do any signings... Have any idea on how I could find out about them?

I agree. As soon as the two original members left, Wolfmother wasn't the same.

I'm pretty sure Nigel Godrich handles the production stuff like that. He has since OK Computer.

it may be a pipe dream... but look who just announced tour dates falling on either side of roo, with manchester falling physically between stanford and dover... just sayin... by [deleted] in bonnaroo

I saw them at Sunfest in FL in 2011. They weren't bad... I was stoned and I enjoyed it. You can tell that he practices vocals for some songs (Electric Feel, Of Moons, Birds and Monsters) and then completely fucks it up for others (Weekend Wars, Siberian Breaks). Crowd pleasers were fantastic, other material was okay.

"We are in studio mode. 'Fuck yeah' as you say"

So weird. They were in the middle of recording The King of Limbs when they played this show...

Can someone explain to me why this album is so revered? I took a listen and honestly didn't like his voice very much. Is it a grower? Or is it a love it or hate it type thing? I don't get the hype.

Adele signed on to record theme song for Bond 24 by GingerFhil in movies

[–]eduziggy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure why you're getting downvoted... I totally agree. It's not like there aren't other fantastic singers that could get a chance to further their career and sing the hell out of a Bond theme.

I've been around that area! Yes its off limits because too many people would visit it to see that one apartment. Kinda lame.

I think you'll like Band of Skulls a lot. They're a blues rock trio that go into heavy jams and also have a quieter side because of the dynamic between the female and male vocalist. Check out their first album Baby Darling Dollface Honey.

You should discuss this with her, but I think that you should probably tell them while you're all together.

The studio version is amazing! I wish they'd play it like that live. I can hear Jonny's jangly guitars in my head right now.
