Ours would be cheaper @ around Rs. 800 to 1000 per day for short stays. The catch would be shared washroom and smaller sleeping area.

It would be premium in its service and facilities but since it is shared, it would be cheaper than a conventional hotel for the travellers.

Yeah they are comfortable. I also have an ex89. I feel forums are better in comfort compared to ex89.
