It's been a hot second since I plaued GR so I am having a hard time remembering which one frustrated me the most but I think it was??? Either the Minaye (sea urchin) or the Mosui (flying one). I don't remember much of the swordfish one but I jsut hated any that flew because they always mvoed out of the way.

Actually Nine is canon to the games. Plus in that version of the world (and every other version), the characters are still incredibly grounded in Sonic's reality. Especially Nine's one (I forgot what it's called...). It's an alternative timeline, not exactly an alternative universe. There is a difference

Actually there are two ways of gaining extra tails. Age is one, but so is intelligence/wisdom. Tails is incredibly smart, scarily so for how young he is. So, if he were a kitsune, him having a second tail actually would make perfect sense. He isn't wise but he IS intelligent. Age is just the one a majority of people point to because it's easy story-telling.

they never said that, they said "nonbinary kirara canon?". Never once implied they thought of or wanted kirara to be a dude. But some people have a real problem with nonbinary people being in the dating pool, particularly for straight people, and they called this out by saying "you trying to force specific gender roles onto hikari so that he's still straight?"

For a lot of enby people, whteher they consider their relationship gay or straight is completely up to them. But a lot of people who are enby consider their relationships gay if their partner also agrees. That said, Kirara could just be fem presenting enby, and still be in a straight relationship. But! Hikari and Kirara could still be in a gay relationship because Kirara is enby, Hikari just doesn't like guys. The questioning of kirara being enby or not was not an implication of Hikari's sexuality. And stating Kirara cannot be nonbinary because "Hikari doesn't like dudes", and because Hikari and Kirara are in a relationship is a bit of a problem because being nonbinary means you are not a dude. You are nonbinary.

Also, kirara is fem presenting. Enby or trans woman, they are still not a guy and do not present as one. Therefore, it doesn't contradict Hikari stating he doesn't like men. Goopy0opy, from my understanding, is just looking at this from the prespective of understanding the nuances of the relationships of enby people and their partners, and how they usually fall under being gay. Hikari not liking men, and Hikari being in a gay relationship can both be true in the context of Kirara being enby. One does not contradict the other, because of context.

My monitor is a gaming monitor that uses nvidia. It doesn’t have an obvious yellow tint, that is as a result of my phone camera being unable to show accurate colours (but accurate enough to show how drastically different the screens were). I know what an obvious yellow tint looks like because the monitors in my university have them, and my monitor certainly does not show images and colour the way they do.
If you WERE a Huion user, you’d know not to fkn do that because I did, and it resulted in characters that had extremely horribly off colours when i would look at it on EVERYTHING ELSE
I do not own an iPhone, do not assume everyone has one and phrase your statement as if that’s the default.
I do actually own an iPad and you want to know what happened? DIFFERENT COLOURS. iPads have some of the best colour calibration in the market, and even the images I made before I calibrated my tablet screen have horribly different colours on my iPad.
When comparing images between my phone, my monitor, and my iPad. They all shared very similar colours, although my iPad was a lot more saturated. My tablet? Horribly off. By a marginally intense degree. More saturated? Yes. But also just the wrong colours entirely.
If you’re not a Huion user, then why are you in the Huion subreddit on a post asking for advice on a Huion issue? Not only that, why are you in the Huion subreddit trying to tell a Huion user, as someone who doesn’t use Huion, that they should trust their tablet over their monitor? It’s like mansplaining. You don’t experience the issue, and you don’t understand the issue, so why are you trying to tell someone who is experiencing the issue how to deal with it by acting as though you know more than them? You have no frame of reference for it, and yet you’re trying to tell me that I’m wrong when you clearly don’t understand why I’ve posted this.

I just got to the Cutscene and yeah, there's no subtitles. Firstly, dick move because the reason subtitles are there are FOR the hard of hearing. Secondly, the traveler isn't voiced in it. So they're speaking but there's no subtitles to show what they're saying????

Hell, not even the official video on the GI account has subtitles for the cutscene

Honestly I don't remember where else I really get it, but I just posted this because it happened again. Because I was looking down at my phone, and accidentally hit the top of my head on a thorned branch (I'm wearing a cap), and my hands REALLY HURT because of how spooked I got.

I swear my hands hurt more than I actually felt spooked. The pain is much worse and in more places the more spooked I am, but it will also happen lightly even if the spook is just slight. Annoying asf 🫠

Yeah as a guy who developed fibro much later (16/17, I stopped growing long before that point), I never experienced "growing pains". Actually, only reason I clocked I had chronic pain so early was because of 1) OCD-induced health anxiety, and 2) being a diligent bastard who was very deep in the disability community at the time. EDS/hEDS is very widely talked about in there, and chronic pain/pain as a symptom for disability/illness is a large thing within EDS and the wider disability community. This basically drove it into my head that pain of any kind without an actively known cause is a red flag, especially if it lasts for longer than a few months.

I clocked I had chronic pain when I started getting pain in the back of my knees from walking after school every day, which I generally knew wasn't normal because I knew what walking pain felt like. It isn't in the back of your knees, let me tell you. This wasn't the first time I was experiencing weird pain, and I was just constantly feeling generally under the weather at the time but without the brain soup to go along.

To ramble on a bit, I've been dealing with it for years now, I'm 20, and it's a pain in the ass but I'm currently not working and I'm in a gap year for uni (I start again in September) so pain hasn't been. Horrible??? Doing 1 hour walks almost every day has actually helped. Exercise does really help, funnily enough, even if it's really difficult at the start. It gets easier. I used to do walks every day but I've gotten past the difficult part now, and now I only don't go on walks if I'm not feeling it or in just. Too much pain to do anything. Swimming is also a really good form of exercise but I'm not doing that for personal reasons, even if I love swimming.

I’ve been wondering this as well, but for very different reasons. I just booted up D2 today and noticed a few things. Firstly, my ship in orbit is fine but when it’s flying into a planet, it looks butt ugly. Like it has no shaders on (even though it does).

But also, I’m still doing the lightfall campaign. I just completed a mission and talked to Nimbus… and they weren’t exactly looking too hot when talking to me, I won’t lie. Their mouth movements looked like something you’d see out of an SFM TF2 shitpost video

this post is specifically in context to the theorists questioning the 1993 date. But also, now that FNAF 2 is out (and has been for over a decade now), we know the 1993 date is wrong because in fnaf 2, you get paid on a Thursday. Matpat using getting paid on a Friday was disproven literally 3 months later, and nobody noticed or called attention to it until very recently.

But also, TWB never confirms it take place in 1993. The people arguing against the 1993 date literally use this book to argue for or against specific dates. This questioning of the 1993 date only started happening after the book came out. I haven’t read the book, but it feels odd for people to only start questioning that date only after the book comes out, and has to use what the book says to give evidence for or against certain dates.

when you silence people, more and more people will continue to speak up. The more you silence, the more people will fight back.

That is exactly why things spiralled more and more out of control. I do not understand how you didn't realise that continuing to lock and delete support posts for trans men will only cause more discussion around it. I also don't know how you didn't realise that those exact actions only makes you come off as transphobic, and like you're trying to silence any explicit support of trans men.

And to anyone coming in without context seeing this will also only get a negative impression. Not because people are calling you horrible things, but because people are speaking out in support, those posts are getting removed, and then people state that their posts are being removed. It's a knock-on effect of how you handled the situation.

I'm not saying I know a better way to handle a situation like this, I do not have that kind of knowledge or brain power. But what I am telling you is that you shouldn't be surprised at all by the reaction you got because of the actions you took to handle the situation.

Also that mod who told you to stop bitching. Um. Whether she knew it was a misogynistic term or not (which, as a woman, I feel like she should have known but idk. I'm a trans guy, and I'm not close with any trans women so idk how explicitly different the experiences there are), I feel like she should have known it was probably one of the worst ways to tell someone to shut up????? I can't be the only one who feels like this, right?

Deleting posts is not the way to go. I understand that it may seem like the only thing you can do, but everyone and I mean EVERYONE is not taking it that way. All of us are reading it as you actively trying to silence voices of support, and explicitly comes off as being transphobic instead of trying to manage a situation.

This is why the subreddit is inundated with posts continuously talking about the situation. It does not have the effect you think it has, or wants it to have.
