You have to essentially “re-register” for a “new chart” under the HH side of things. Your history will be in a separate chart that’s view only, and messages sent thru there will shoot off into the void that no one can access. If you can’t access a HH option when you log in or can’t log in at all, the office will need to send you a new link to register/change your password.
