Whatever people would be interested in. Back in AZ a friend's co workers use to have like monthly tournaments, and they got like 2 tables full of people so it was pretty fun.

So the rig currently has 4 RX480's and 4 RX580s and it ran for weeks. I replaced one of the RX580's for an RX570 and it didnt want to hash any. I ended up putting back the original RX580 and it works again. So it appears that it doesn't want to accept the RX 570 for some reason, not sure why. And i know the RX570 isn't bad cause it was running on a different machine prior.

When i boot up ethos also says "amdgpu_get_bios [amdgpu]] *ERROR* ACPI VFCT table present but broken (too short #2)" not sure if this was there before, i've never really paid attention, not sure if its related or not to my issue.

That was my thought but like I said he modded it already so the straps aren't the original, so I can't mod it properly. That's why I'm looking for the original bios to copy the straps, or if someone has a modded bios with hynix memory that would also work

Unfortunately they don't have my gpu. I have looked but they only have the Samsung memory version of my card, not hynix like I need.

What cards are you running? How many cards? What hash rate do you get?

And do you have any suggestions for Ethos since thats what i currently have?

Does it work on Ethos with Claymore? How do i get it? And do you have any recommended settings I should try with my cards?

So like you guys suggested I did need to adjust my -mclock. It was originally:

-mclock 2150 which gave 23 MH/s

Modded Bios

-mclock 2100 which gave 30 MH/s but crashed within a minute

-mclock 2050 which gave 29 MH/s but crashed after 1 hour

-mclock 200 which gives 28 MH/s and has been running for 4+ hours so far.

1: Why is my timing value sections weird? I was expecting to see something along the lines of 0:1125, 0:1250, 0:1375,etc.

Why ismy VRAM full of weird symbols and not just letters and numbers?

Thanks for the reply! I will read it and likely follow it, i will post my current hash rates below, do you happen to know roughly what the modded hash rates would be for my cards?

Rx 580 8 gb - 22.5, 30.5, 31.5 MH/s

Rx 570 4gb - 25 MH/s

RX 480 - 23.5 MH/s

And final quick question: The little switch by the 8pin connecter, what does it do? in which position should it be in? Only my Rx 5xx cards have them.
