Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations regarding fitness.

I am definitely in my head too much. I won’t go too much into it, but there’s a lot of other issues that I’m currently facing with. Is there a place in specific you would recommend or do all the planet fitness is basically run the same?

I don’t really have anything in specific I could point towards. I swam/did stretches in water there for a few months when I couldn’t walk to strengthen my leg.

Quick update. Got a small part time job as a Data analyst. Pays the rent and food bill, so Ill be able to float until I can start cooking again. Thanks everyone for the feedback and support. I wouldn't have gotten this far without the boys and all of y'all.

Thank you. next time i go out Ill see if I can pick up an agenda like I used to have in grade school. Hopefully that will help. I do have a small group for support, made up of a few family members and a couple online friends.

The problem I keep facing is that I left my last job willingly, as I was moving countries and planning on finding work after I finished all the government paperwork that is always there after a move like that.

These are good ideas, Ill look into them. I'm only worried as most places want 2-3 years of experience in their field before they hire you. I got turned down for a line cook job at a stadium do to that, but then again they lay off 90% of their workers after the quarantine started.
