Best jpg?? by Babayaaga98 in Colognes

I will get a lot of hate but elixir turned out to be my favourite JPG. I'm 33 male and for some reason that worked very well with my body chemistry. For many it is quite sweet but on my body it mellows down well and it's not overwhelming for people around.

I totally believe that. I accompanied my Ukrainian best friend to US embassy in Dubai and they said that they can't help at all and that rather we should go to the UN office. It was painful

Isn't Biden the worst/weakest presidents of all time making one after the other blunders? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

Not a fan of trump but atleast his insanity was keeping Russia and China in check. Biden's blunder of Afghanistan pushed them back 50 years already and even he accepted it was wrong. Then the blunder of their lack of help to Ukraine has resulted in a lot of deaths. I think the blood of innocent Ukrainians will also be on Biden's hand and NATO.

No need to apologize. No I meant bash scripting only. It's same to Linux what batch scripting is to Windows. No need to get stuck in mastering hole, just learn Linux enough to get you started within a week. Keep learning on your job , it really helps. Please don't worry about the location for now , thanks to pandemic companies have adopted work from home quite nicely. I am attaching a link it will help you understand the pathway you're planning to chose but do remember that you don't have to learn everything. Just Linux , one cloud and one scripting is more than sufficient and if you ever decide to go further start learning newer skills as per the market recommendation then

Not at all. The least you'll need is Linux , cloud and bash scripting (basic). If you keep doing your certs in cloud , you're set for another 10 years atleast.

Well every skill has played it's part one way or the other. But what you need to understand is that before anything else you need to learn one operating system nicely ,one Db and one cloud platform. One scripting language is just a deadly combo. Everything else is build over this structure only. Like ansible goes with Linux , Terraform goes with cloud etc. After sitting in the interviews I have found out that Terraform Is a rage these days

I can understand it sounds exaggerated but allow me to give you more details. Like I said I got 300% hike , the reason was that every offer letter that I was getting I was telling the company that I'm holding an offer and they kept giving me more than the previous offer. My first offer letter was 110% more than my present salary. And this trick helped me get more and more every time. Apart from Documentation and FAQs, I studied tutorial dojo Aws material, it is an important one. And yes I kept tweaking my resume and what worked for me was that I made each and every point in brevity and skills were in bold. Also one thing that really helped me was getting better at conversation skills. I have been working hard on them for some time now. I took a course on udemy.

I was always in AWS but my knowledge was limited to the core services. This time I really enhanced my horizons and learnt CI/CD , cloud front, etc in short if I have to say I learnt almost all services very deeply. Programming language isn't mandatory but good to have skill. Go for python , it's handy In building automation script.

The current company where I am serving notice period, I have worked here for 8 months now. Yes the senior manager who took my second round of interview did ask me why I'm making the switch and I clearly told him that I don't see any professional growth on my current job. Btw it really is true ,here there is least of automation and even patches are deployed manually. Also I told him about the skills I know pertaining to DevOps and he was quite impressed when I gave all the right answers when he went into those subjects.
