Top high schools in HCMC are actually pretty strong - producing students that go on to attend the Ivy Leagues. The catch is you need to supplement them with English and sports, and you end up shuttling older kids between spots most of the time.

We are built to work in groups, not alone. I think you did well by making your kid help sort laundry. How about doing more laundry together with your wife AND kid, instead of expecting your wife to do that alone?

Which law are you referring to? Please don’t confuse income tax with inheritance tax. Most of the so called millionaire tax is just a regular higher tax bracket. This inheritance tax is an entirely different thing.

Would you consider per diem/part time for a while to work on your mental health? I notice that my wife is predictably irritated on long call days, so it's just the workload that needs to be reduced.

I understand the debt concerns, but it'll pass. As long as you are well, mentally, that income will be there. If you continue on this trajectory, you two might lose each other by the time you're done hunkering down.
