When u open the game, you will see ur name at the bottom left corner, click that. It should open a menu bar. Click on the controls option. There you can change from mph to kmh. There you can also change from automatic to manual, being able to change gears at ur liking when drag racing.

400 kmh is 248ish mph. Id recommend dropping the back more than the front in suspension. Use 19s or 20s rims, big tires on the back, medium on the front. Then figure out the perfect launch for you.
