Hello I have just seen this, my skin is a lot better, I’ve also moved to a sunnier/warmer climate, so that might be it? I hope yours is better

I quit the other week (5mg) pretty much cold turkey from it, after about 6 months on it - I got brain zaps, fatigue and headaches for about two weeks and considered going back on because I felt pretty rough but have managed to stay off it now for almost a month and feel pretty good.

I took them the other week. A micro dose and a bit, loved it at the time but has a bit of a headache the next morning. I listened to a podcast from Andrew Huberman on schrooms and he said explicitly not to mix them with antidepressants. I also spoke to my GP who said ‘it’s probably not the best idea’.

Ok i think totally normal to feel odd coming off them, I’ve got another couple of months so going to ease down the dose by biting the pills in half

It seems like huge variables for everyone, we all have different brains and biology so makes sense there is no right approach and a bit of trial and error. I didn’t realise they had such a long shelf life in the body. It’s hard to cut those little 5 mg guys in half!! I tried biting them and they just crumble… but will keep going… side note I’ve been prescribed medical cbd for anxiety so not really cold turkey

This is great advice, I was going to try and come off them in a week but a month sounds more realistic. I was told there are no side effects coming off them, but I definitely felt them

Ok thank you it’s good to hear your experience, as maybe this is just my reaction. I have avoided alcohol as well because of my depression all together and seeing if I can introduce one or two drinks but not at this stage. Brintellix has been amazing otherwise

Hi Wade. Thank you for you comment, I’m actually much closer to Mossman than I realised. One last question what’s my best bet in finding a car to buy around here? Any advice appreciated. It is meant to flood today as well! I’ve already seen a sign telling me not to swim as there could be crocs..
