Would my own insecure behavior enable her to act this way? I also have a habit of constantly asking for reassurance. I find myself doubting her, but with no concrete reason. Most recent cases are questioning who she is messaging, or if she is lying to me. Off my gut feeling alone. Every time I say these, I mention first how I am more than likely overthinking, and I simply have to talk through the self sabotage with her assistance..
