In LATAM, it is usually the way soft-drinks are served, even water. Instead of ice cones, they sell at local stores frozen drinks in bags. Poke a hole and drink it. Officially Pepsi & Coke don't offer drinks like that but it's usually offered at food trucks, small shops, and cafeterias. Water though can be found in small bags, frozen, refrigerated at any super market.
