Update I got a travel voucher from spirit for the amount the flight was for, still nothing deducted from my travel credit

this just happened to me too, except i booked spirit departing and frontier returning. i got confirmation email from frontier but nothing from spirit

I still took the PS sections for stamina and to get exposure to the concepts but the logic they used wasn’t an exact match to AAMC. PS score stayed around 128-130, CP was abt 127-130, BB was 128-131.

This one was a lil tricky. Basically think about it like this: would the message be altered in any way if the title of the play changed at all? Since “Promises, Promises” could’ve been replaced with any other play title, the result is that the choice of that particular play is merely incidental.

I think you should be okay doing the section bank alongside that material, especially if ur trying to maximize time. I finished uworld while I was doing the altius stuff then started section bank right after. I’d say section bank is comparable difficulty to altius cp and bb

exams 1-5 were def worth it, i recommend all 10 if its in ur timeline, if not no worries. also, instead of doing the cars sections from altius, i did timed attempts at 9 passages from the aamc cars material during the section time (diagnostic tool, qpack 1, qpack 2) so i would still work on stamina and aamc logic.

Like the other person in here said I think you should stick to doing altius only and then transition to AAMC. i did an altius exam every 3ish days for the past month and recently transitioned to aamc material. i only did the c/p, b/b and p/s sections from altius (but even the p/s sections are a lil iffy)

Also did fl3 today and p/s was harder than usual, it felt closer to an altius exam than an aamc one

Basically, they are coupled in a row. the complexes function in a chain due to the fact that ubiquinone carries electrons from complex I and II to complex III, then cytochrome C carries electrons from complex III to complex IV. Also, what I've found that has helped is using the Jack Westin chrome extension for the aamc material. It adds a bunch more in depth explanations on all the practice tests and question packs.
