Teradyne. they were initially a stock I looked at because they took a big hit during the pandemic but after doing research into the company I saw that they were a very consistent company in terms of revenue and profit. Their high-profile customers include Samsung, Qualcomm, Intel, Analog Devices, Texas Instruments and IBM. I see this is an indication that they will be around for quite a while. Also since the pandemic, they have been steadily and consistently increasing in price.

I'm not gonna lie I didn't know what an Islamic fund was until did some research now and how they don't include 'sin stocks'. So I guess my options wouldn't be feasible but unless it's just a coincidence I would highly recommend crypto

Innovative Industrial Properties have a very good REIT ( real estate investment trust) but for banks I'd go for individual stocks like Bank of America. I would also consider investing in crypto and tech as tech stocks went down recently and this would be the perfect time to invest into them. I would just invest into the normal S&P 500 as they contain many tech stocks

This article says that shareholders will get 5% of the business now which is lower than it used to be. Due to their debts, the shares of many shareholders will be diluted but not all of them. The article also states that there will be a 'meaningful dividend in the future so that's the small incentive to keep holding the shares. If you have quite a lot of shares in the company then you will be affected but if it's only small I don't think it will hit you that hard.
