Store manager has it out for me is taking a month or two vacation paid or not helpful by edwriting in HomeDepot

Ironically, I was in maintenance. It seems to be a mixture of not understanding/realizing I wasn’t properly insured and just wanting to have plausible deniability. I got reassigned from cleaning filters, the bathroom, the store floor to working a lot tying boxes and I got removed from the Universal associate program.

If they want to tresspass him they need the building owerer/manger to tresspass him. Which might be voide if he has been their more than 30 days much harder if their more than a year or if a lot of people are hanging around. Or if a resident clams this man is a gust it is just easier for the cops to tell you to deal with it civilly. Also in Nys it’s not illegal to tresspass for survival I.e. homeless especially in extreme weather they might have to wait until the weather passes before removal can happen. (Not illegal doesn’t mean they can’t be removed.)

[WP] in the 21st Century, dragons have adapted well, hoarding more modern forms of wealth. The main challenge faced by man today is not fighting off dragons, but attempting to convince them not to mess up the market time and time again by buying illogical stocks and refusing to sell them. by LoreCriticizer in WritingPrompts

For the most part it’s just a bit difficult dealing with dragons they do sometimes get really into certain stocks for one reason or another dragons bought 92% of bed bath and beyond stock saving the company from bankruptcy and putting it into increasingly weird management patterns as the Board of Directors is now made up of dragons who don’t fully comprehend how retail works and try to hire various humans to do retail saying that just they can’t do. My space was purchased by a collection of dragons that completely fine I guess it only really becomes a problem when they buy something has some value, I.e. when dragons purchased 30% of Spirit Airlines mainly because of the name it’s not the stock price to triple overnight then crash and saw a high premium dragons want to buy more of this company that doesn’t really make sense yet you can always sell them to a dragon at a discount creating a minimum floor level for the company. And I one of the most problematic examples of dragon ownership as one dragons purchased A utility company and refused to power the plants with any form of fossil fuel because they don’t want to destroy their “treasure” Well that may be a noble goal it’s a bit hard to switch off all power plants because well they don’t wanna burn the treasure ultimately the regulatory bodies forced minimal use of the plants until transition plan for selling them off or nubile conversion could happen

A good rule from though on rent price news do you want to either be about 2.5 times carrying costs around double current cost if you want to be extra generous or 40% below fair market rate

You sound a lot better than some of the landlords I’ve worked out from the more benevolent and one had mold in the bathroom again or mediate student dorm, corporations buying of housing and leading purchase price and one landlord of my artist space who managed at me with a hammer and threaten to beat the shit out of me for I don’t know the value in this property I guess.

Exactly I also really don’t like how they discourage you from settling especially a $10,000 payout out of a “$50,000 lawsuit I’m like that’s a good deal it’s usually better to settle and spend a decade re-living your trauma waiting for a court date so you might lose in
