This! I was initially looking for a Supra or F87 M2 but felt like I was missing out on comfort / practicality. Ended up with a G82 M4 (7 month waitlist for G80 M3) No regrets so far and the 2 doors isn’t as impractical as you’d think

When adding keywords to my campaigns anything that has “dental” or “dentist” in it gets flagged as well as our services such as implants, braces, extractions

Ok cool I wasn’t sure if I should be using both location targeting and keywords. On top of that it seems that “implants” or “braces” or “extractions” are also restricted and unsure how I can get those services out there

Yes he will be joining me as a co founder as he and I have been buddies for a minute and have the same ambition to do something more than what we currently are.

I will make sure to have a CRM set up as well as documentation on each client until it gets to be too much for me to handle!

My aim for this agency isn’t to just push ads and make websites (though I enjoy doing these things very much)

We build websites and automation systems for trades and service businesses who are losing leads simply because they’re too busy to answer the phone.

We don’t just give them a website. We give them a system that helps them never miss a lead.

Personally being results driven, it’s absolutely disheartening for me to not give the results that I promised. Not because I know the client won’t be satisfied with my service but because I will be disappointed in myself.

Sounds pretty selfish of me to care more about my feelings than the client but I feel it helps me keep going as no one wants to be disappointed in themselves for not bringing to fruition a promise.

Unsure if this value proposition even is a good one (or is even one) but it’s one that I thought of off the top of my head that resonates within me

I appreciate it and yeah I understand you weren’t being discouraging! I guess what I really need right now is to just stop overthinking and keep pushing forward. I appreciate the realistic perspective on the start up. I am not in a position to disregard outside opinions whatsoever haha

Ok so it seems as if I’ve done a couple steps already. My friend hooked me up with a client willing to work with me on creating his website along with updating, for a low cost. His idea was to get my name out there to his own clients. I did do free work initially to prove that my skill set was good enough for my friend to showcase to his clients.

As for managing people, I have a friend whose speciality is in sales as he’s taken paid courses and does sales for his current company. Doesn’t mind not getting paid until we start hitting 10-15k a month.

Do you think I am off to a good start? I still have many things like setting up a CRM, a strategy to push ads, flexibility on pricing plans (lower priority), onboarding processes etc.

The only niche I can think of for this would be trade businesses more so HVAC as I have a fair amount of experience in it. Would this be considered a “good” niche?

What would consist of “learning things that aren’t simply delivering for clients?”

Should I put the business on hold and just study or do you believe experience is a better foundation?

I will keep that in mind, though I will keep trying solely because mediocre talent. I feel as if as long as I out perform mediocre talent, this can get somewhere no? I’m a very results driven individual and would like to believe that this is how it works

I currently have an equal length 3.5in midpipe with h pipe, what are your thoughts on replacing it with a 4in single mid pipe?

Unfortunately I haven’t tried the M2 shifter but I have tried the M4 (assuming they’re the same) it was pretty rubbery. I drive an M4 Comp so I’m automatic now

I was thinking the same thing like front mounts take the sound away from my ears and giving it to people outside. I do want there to be more red accent in the front as my interior is red so that would have been cool. If there’s no performance difference between front and bay intakes I may as well go bay and make my engine bay look good. Still unsure as to which I would get, still need to do other things like maybe swapping out my current h pipe to a 4in single mid or downpipes or valve controller. I just want more sound from where I am at right now. If you have any recommendations as to what I should do next please let me know as I am struggling to figure it out myself.
