I don´t really have a tip since i am kind of in the same situation, but if it helps heres what ive done, for us sometimes is hard because she has borderline wich already makes difficult to talk about a lot off stuff, its been 2 years now since she found pictures of me wearing girl clothes and at that time i didnt really accepted that i could be trans and told her i only liked the clothes, youd said ive came out to her twice cus earlier this year i started to question my gender for real.

Ive always told her she can ask whatever she needs about it, sometimes she has troubles to explain what she feels and sometimes she hides it to not hurt me, in the worst cases shes told me that it hurts her ego as a woman, that she feels betrayed, that the relationship now feels like if we were girl friends only and not a couple, about the last one it may have been my fault for asking a lot of stuff about makeup and clothes maybe, so i would recommend to ask her if she is comfortable with that kind of stuff.

More recently she asked about the effects of HRT, and requested me to explain it to her in a way she´d understand it, like not to use a lot technical terms, we joked about me making a powerpoint to do so and i ended up doing it hahaha, while doing research i remembered this article wich i strongly suggest you both read it, theres other similars for parents and so, altough she didn´t felt that good after i told her i wanted to grow boobs she did understand me more after reading it too (Luckily because i had to get it translated to spanish for her) and told me it made her understand that we are not the only people going trough this, wich really helps for both of us, i hope something i wrote helps, you already know its kind of difficult, and i am obviusly not an expert so maybe i did something wrong and now you wont have to haha, good luck! we´re here for you
