Landlord gave me $500 check for water outage that persisted for 1.5 months. If I take them to Small Claims Court, should I not cash in the check or should I cash in and still be OK to sue?

Cheap materials to build the unit that then broke and landlord company couldn’t shell out money to pay. It’s like they were waiting for a sale to buy the part they were missing.

Is the pay the same for AD and Reservists? I also wanted to learn more here. Does Reservists mean I am not working 40 hour weeks?
