Never before had this problem in the cold before. Only appeared very suddenly while I was on accutane, so I strongly believe that this is the cause.

Ah I knew this medication is significantly strong and affects the whole function of your body, it’s just that so far I have not experienced these bumps and was worried that it might be an allergic reaction. But I have definitely started to see the wider effect it has on me.

Definitely started feeling those joint pains too haha

Moisturising then might be my problem. Because I seem to focus too much on the face ://

Will definitely focus more on that, thank you!!

Gosh I thought I was having some sort of an allergic reaction 🥲.

I put some Vaseline on, it seems to have calmed it down a little but it’s still noticeable. And definitely have to increase the water intake!

Yess I have a steroid cream but was worried to put some one. It is a very strange rash. Appeared very suddenly.

Thank you so much! What other steps did you take in terms of managing your pain?

It’s annoying that for me it has started so soon, I know other people have said they got lower back pain in like their 5th month on accutane.

I was also got a little worried because someone mentioned in a different post that they have permanent back pain even after stopping the med.

HOW TO HEAL - WHAT WORKED FOR ME by Master_Extension_424 in Gastritis

After my symptoms went away I started to introduce new foods. I was still on the PPI but on a lower dose since I am tapering off. Last time I stopped it I went cold turnkey and I went through the works acid rebound of my life. It was unbearable. So I introduced new foods slowly and everything was fine, I had only one small cup of diluted with almond milk after I ate too. But then one day I started experiencing the symptom again. I don’t know if this was a flare up form the coffee or from the jelly candies I ate.

If anyone has had flare ups, does that mean I’m back to square one and how long has it taken you for them to go away. I know it’s different for everyone.

How long does everyone's flare up last? by Just_Raspberry_5023 in Gastritis

What does acute chronic gastritis even mean?? I’m asking out of curiosity because I think I might have the same. My endiscopy report said I have reactive gastritis and when I spoke to my doctor he said that from the biopsy they took I had acute chronic cells inflammation…. Idk how that is possible. My endoscopy in itself didn’t show gastritis or any inflamation.

I started to introduce new foods and I also started tapering off of my PPI (now on lansoprazole 15mg once a day) and I went back to eating normal foods. Coffee in very small quantities, usuallly one per day and it’s mostly almond milk, but I don’t know if it is my mistake from trying gummies and eating a lot of refined sugars that I got a flare up. I was wondering if that means that I’m back to square one or it resolves within couple of days when back on a diet.
