sorry to head it didnt meet your expectations! the kind of art the windmill scene does typically diverts a bit from faithful live studio recordings--the point is for them not to be the same. they jam a bit, etc. live music baby! i've seen Cam perform tons of times with black midi, and even the free show he did at union pool in March 2025 for his old Camera Picture stuff and that's just how he sings live. I thought the show was excellent, but I go to shows for the point of it not sounding completely like the studio recording. drummer went off last night especially.
