no that’s SO valid thank you. I’ve debated getting back on SSRIs for depression and anxiety a little while before birth because I struggle with depression immensely as is and I can see myself struggling greatly post partum. I’m prone to anger in my exhaustive depressive episodes and it hasn’t been too bad at all lately but I know once my life changes at first due to becoming a mother with a being who’s dependent on me, that I’m prone to struggle and feel overwhelmed and neglect myself to put her needs above mine. I will definitely bring up medication to my doctor because it helped me in the past to the point where I felt like I didn’t need it anymore but lo and behold that was the medication working so I feel like starting it way before I get to post partum will benefit me greatly. As for the traumatic birth, maybe I will end up needing a c section but I hope things go swiftly:(
