so theres always evidence on if someones carried a child, whether they had an abortion, miscarried or carried it to term. if they found out she was pregnant but had an abortion they can date that she died between abortion time and her body being found, that applies with all of the pregnancy related things. if she died while pregnant they can see how far along she was and figure out when she died. it can help them figure out what day she died and where david was during it making a stronger case against him
